How to apply

  1. Find the job vacancy you wish to apply for
  2. Download and complete the Employment Application Form   
  3. Send an email to Spiral with your Employment Application Form, cover letter, resume, selection criteria and other supporting documents attached.

Your application

  1. Your cover letter needs to include the reference number of the position you are applying for, and outline your skills and experience.
  2. Your concise and up to date resume must include your contact details, work history and three referees.
  3. To be considered, your application must be received by Spiral prior to the closing date and time.
  4. You must be an Australian Citizen, have permanent residency status or an appropriate working visa to apply for a position with Spiral.

Selection process

  1. Applications are reviewed based on the cover letter and selection criteria outlined in the position description. Shortlisted candidates are invited to attend an interview.
  2. A panel interviews shortlisted candidates to find out more information about each candidate’s knowledge, skills and experience. Depending on the role, criminal checks and driving history reports may also be required before or after interviews.
  3. The nominated work referees are contacted to provide recent information to clarify information provided in the application or at interview. The panel contacts at least two referees and may contact additional referees for further information.
